The Rules?

Monopoly has rules! Euchre has rules and so to does the Game of Life, the real one not the board game. So what are the rules? Does someone else define the rules? Should you define your own rules? Recently someone told me I wasn’t playing by the rules or at least his rules. There is a book that I have been told should be purchased so that woman should follow the dating rules! At school there are rules, in business there are rules. From chain of command to using your air miles on flights rules are everywhere. Rules have reasons. From the time a meeting should start to the time a meeting should end. Rules are important. Rules keep order. There are lots of rules. From the rules of the road, which often aren’t followed in Kuwait, to the rules of the heart, which come to think of it sadly aren’t followed in Kuwait either. Rules keep you safe and depending on whose rules you follow you can sleep peacefully at night.
